1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MarketSplits (marketsplits.com, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What MarketSplits Is
MarketSplits is a software analytics and information service. MarketSplits is not a broker, dealer, exchange, sportsbook, financial adviser, investment adviser, or fiduciary. MarketSplits does not execute trades, automatically place orders, or accept, hold, or transmit customer funds.
3. Your Accounts Elsewhere
You independently maintain your own accounts with prediction-market platforms. Any trading decisions and executions are made solely by you on those platforms. We are not a party to and bear no responsibility for your relationships with any third-party platform.
4. No Investment Advice
All content, calculations, scores, and alerts are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any contract or security.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not scrape the Service at scale, resell access, share accounts, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use the Service for unlawful activity. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Market data may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or change rapidly. Arbitrage opportunities can disappear before execution. Contract settlement criteria can differ across platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketSplits is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data inaccuracies, or any indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
